I'm paid for 40 hours a week but realistically work about 2 hours a day max. This has been going on for 4 years. I fly under the radar at my company. I'm looking for a new job; this is mind numbing.

35, executive position, $220k + bonuses

My work hours vary from day-to-day. Example, I had a conference call with a company in Perth at midnight to nearly 2 am Monday. I didn't go into the office until nearly 11 am yesterday because of this. I worked in the office until 5 and then worked a few more hours last night while vegging on the couch, watching TV.

Today I was in the office at 7:30 and I'm heading out soon for a lunch meeting. I have to be back in the office by 2 for a department meeting and I need to leave by 4:30 for my kid's game. Tomorrow I'm working from home, which usually means 9-6.
