NP. I just checked out the Equipment brand, never heard of it before. Those shirts are over $200! You wear them every day under a sweater? Don't you sweat a lot? |
Lol, you and I would be dino friends! |
I'm not the PP but I like to wear them under sweaters because they're so thin. If you wear them under thin cashmere sweaters, you probably won't sweat that much. They're really light weight. |
It's funny how everyone on DCUM complains about wearing leggings and a t-shirt but that is literally what everyone wears out in public. It's fine. If your clothes fit and they're clean, you won't look like a total mess. And isn't that the point?
And this is the outfit a PP said she liked to wear by layering over her leggings and tee... and actually, this is NOT the Hans Solo outfit someone mentioned. I think this woman looks cute and put together. Swap out those booties for something more comfortable and you're good to go.
This the Hans Solo outfit:

| I must have a completely different uniform than the rest of you SAHMs. I wear a dress, mostly Max Studio, and cardigan almost every day. Boat shoes in the summer, boots and tights in the winter. I always feel better dressed than the athleisure crowd. It's all machine washable and made out of the same comfortable rayon and cotton fabrics. I don't understand the love of yoga pants and tshirts. A dress is one article of clothing, that saves you 50% time choosing separates! |
What do you wear for shoes? I'm assuming bare legs and feet? |
I'm like this too. A dress and repetto flats in the summer. A leather jacket or cardigan, a dress, tights and paul green boots when it's chillier. |
Plus, socks or slippers inside. Bike shorts for playing on the floor with the toddlers. Very easy, and just as comfortable as other options. |
| I don't know. I think the legging pictures look nice and polished. People priding themselves on wearing dresses (and not ugh! leggings!) and then pairing them with boat shoes haven't really accomplished that. |
What does this have to do with anything? |
ankle boots. Super ugly. Hoped those were out. Ugly. |
Not PP but she was just painting an image. It helps on these threads |
Totally agree! Boat shoes are in no way polished. |
Leather boat shoes are more polished than converse or vans, any day of the week. |
