Yes, but at this point common sense would say seal them and send them home with the kids. That seems to be working well for some schools.
Why? Yes, it is frustrating to wait when you know they have the results, but likely most people are planning on submitting a packet regardless of the results and if you're on these boards you've known about the deadline for months.
