Men, why do you like blonde women more?

Some people just like blondes..like white girls who only date black dudes or white guys who like Asians. It's preferable to some people.

I love naturally blonde women. Usually who I dated. Married a redhead.

I think what people are laughing at is "Its pretty obvious men of all races give blonde women the most attention", which is obvious to no one except OP.

I know a lot of guys who think that blondes are fun to play around with but are not really marriage material unless they want a trophy wife. Kind of like the women who like bad boys to play around with, but wouldn't marry one. A lot won't admit it but many guys do think that blondes are missing a little more upstairs.

Could be true but my blonde wife had 1580 SAT's with full scholarships right thru graduate business school and has a very successful career. And, she is fun to play around with!

I did not say it was true, only that a lot of guys think that and won't admit to it. I think it's a stereotype that doesn't have a lot of fact behind it.

I noticed this too.

The physical characteristics of those ridiculously sexy brunettes from Colombia, India, Venezuela, Croatia, Mediterranean put the Scandinavians to shame. I'll take a sultry brunette with the right curves, big delicious boobs, tanned skin and long flowing full bodied hair any day (I'm married to one) - and they age sooooo much better than their counterparts from the north.

I like blondes because they often put something behind their ears to make themselves more attractive:

Their ankles.

Ba dum bum!

Why?

We don't. We're attracted to women with cute figures. We don't care what color your hair is.

Signed, Man who will get clobbered by DCUM for telling the truth...

My DH agrees with you. But, he does prefer darker coloring, though.

In college, a white guy told me that he didn't like blondes because they seemed "cold". I thought that was odd, but *shrug*, to each his/her own.

However, I will admit blonde hair is a good crutch for those with busted faces, which is why older women tend to go blonde.

I have a friend who dyes her hair blonde. A guy I know said that she looked striking initially, but upon looking at her more, she wasn't all that attractive. The hair made up for the lack of beauty. I know, just an anecdote.

True blondes are very rare. Makes it more "exotic". But most natural blondes don't seem to age that well. So, I think it more likely that men notice "youthful" blondes.

Oh, nearly every trophy wife on the Upper East Side and in Greenwich CT is blonde. All the same shade of blonde too.

Most socialite moms in NW DC and CC are blonde too.

And when I lived in London, virtually every trophy wife and heiress was blonde. Ditto for southern California.

This threads are so ridiculous.

On the pro blonde threads, brunettes trip over themselves to prove how and why men actually prefer brunettes, and do everything they can to take jabs at blondes in the process.

Meanwhile, each group is just making themselves look insecure and pathetic.

I think there's this stereotype of "blonde bombshell" which a lot of natural blonde women inhabit and express in how they present themselves.

I do see a lot of skinny wealthy blondes in my barre class at Tysons. Not sure if they're all natural. I think there's a prestige associated with being blonde for white people.

Oh and I forgot the part where someone (likely from the opposite group who feels threatened) starts a thread with the opposite viewpoint.

Example--

Thread 1: Men, why do you prefer blonde women?
Thread 2: Men, why do you prefer brunette women?

I think it is the reverse. People are often fascinated by what is exotic to them.

If you ask someone who's worked in a strip club, or driving people around in Vegas, or something like that, they'll confirm that.
