If your child is about 16 years old right now, come reminisce with me...

My oldest was a 2000 baby, ahh yes, I remember this all. I took him to Warner Theater to see Blues Clues Live. Fun times!

Yes, I saw the Wiggles and Blues Clues live. Thomas the Tank Engine ruled our lives.

And when no one was sleeping, we turned on the Spot videos(!) to make DS sleepy.

Who paid too much money to see The Wiggles in concert? (reluctantly raises hand)

We were there!

Telly Tubbies- can't remember how to spell it or what the point of the show was but my DS loved them.

I remember back when Nick Jr was called Noggin & would turn into The N (now Teen Nick, I think) at night. I watched my nieces (born in 2000 & 2003) 2-3 nights a week back then & the only tv they were allowed to watch was Little Bear & Franklin, which were on Noggin right before it tuned into The N. Right befire that happened, the Noggin mascots would come on & tell the little kids watching that it was time to turn off the tv & get "jammied up". It was a great way to get the kids to stop watching tv & head upstairs for books & bedtime without whining! My older niece is a junior in high school now & will sometimes still say she's going to go upstairs & get "jammied up" when she is ready to go to bed

We had 4th row seats to The Wiggles. I went to the Patriot Center box office to pick out our seats. We watched Franklin and Little Bear. We had no ipad or iPhone for traveling with a toddler. Instead, we had a portable DVD player. We had some stuff from the John Lennon collection at Babies R Us. Stroller Strides was new here and did not have any weekend classes -- as a WOHM, this made me very ragey.

Stop - Meerkat Manor. I was obsessed.

My 01's favorite shows:

Wiggles (They were on Playhouse Disney)
Stanley
Teletubbies
Zoboomafoo
Blue's Clues
Dragon Tales
Franklin
Maisy (I loved Maisy and all her books - my fav)
Baby Einstein videos
Magic School Bus
Fetch with Ruff Ruffman

She had the original Leapster

Computer games when she was in ES:
Freddie Fish
Pajama Sam
I Spy
Putt Putt

She watched Barney when Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato were on and followed them to their Disney shows. She was obsessed with Wizards of Waverly Place. She met Selena at a meet n greet at her concert in a York, PA fair in 2010. She cried after and said I was the best mom in the whole world

They also grew up with High School Musical, Hannah Montana, Zeke & Luther, and iCarly.

And they made it all the way thru elementary school without the need for cell phones

I loved the John Lennon baby clothes. They were so cute; I still have some pictures still of DS dressed in them. Thank you for that memory! Life was simpler then for sure.

We had the crib set!!!
