In all seriousness, I wonder why Atasha James' administrative leave (leading to her removal) was made so public, a news story. Like really???? That's unusual, especially while keeping the reason unknown. Principals are removed from their jobs everyday without anyone knowing. Did someone with DCPS deliberately make the story known so that any prospective employer who googles her will know that she was placed on leave? Was it a disgruntled teacher who ran to the media? It's just 'curious' to me. She could've easily been quietly placed on leave then dismissed.

We are not DCPS so I have a question about this. Most school systems allow administrators, principals, teachers, etc. to apply for their children to attend school within the school system in which they work. DCPS doesn't allow this?
