I don't think this particular troll is a man b/c of the references to engagement rings, cheerleaders, vents about BF and DHs--it just sounds more like a woman working hard at being petty to elicit reactions.

I believe that the poster is currently reevaluating her life choices. She has read this thread, but hasn't posted since then.
