RUMOR for next season in terms of casting is here: http://www.realityblurred.com/realitytv/2016/02/amazing-race-29-casting-blind-dates-plus-singles-strangers/ |

I heard this a couple of weeks ago. I can handle the singles/blind dates team. The team who won under "blind dates" was really pretty much 2 singles who didn't feel any romantic connection but both wanted to do well. They both wanted to do well and win, unlike the guy who quit because he didn't feel anything with his partner.

Part I of an interview of who was eliminated on Friday:

+1 I loved that team that won - both the girl and the incredibly gorgeous guy. Both seemed very smart and nice and I liked that neither felt the need to feign attraction for each other in order to play to the cameras. |

The super hot dude was TYLER! He was so yummy!
|
| Was Amazing Race on this week or did I miss it? |
It's off until April 1 because of basketball. |
|
Finale was Friday night.
I was hoping it would finish somewhere else than LA, which it seems almost every season starts or ends at. I know one season was finished in DC, which was pretty cool. I have no problems with the winners. It was funny to see one team forget to tell the cab driver to wait. |
|
I just hope the next season is back to "normal" contestants. Couldn't stand this season.
And I agree, PP - the season when the finale was in DC was very cool! Wish they'd do that again. |
Those cute hockey brothers won that season. |
All I kept thinking when the DC finale aired, why am I not on this edition? Talk about home field advantage. I knew where every one of those places are (granted, they are pretty popular places) and could have drove myself! To the most recent edition, I think I said this much earlier in the thread, but Phil tried to defend the cast all season long. He was in DC in late February at the DC Travel Expo and tried to defend the cast then as well. I liked it, but knowing where all the locations were took some of the suspense out of it. When you saw the one team's cab get on the GW Parkway, you knew they were going to make it to Mount Vernon first. |
