Bs is right: If you wa t to slow the economic slide we've experienced since 1970, vote Hillary. If you want to reverse ut, vote Bernie. Period. Not a Bernie Bro. An somewhat upper middle class professional white woman with two kids, who's travelled the world. We live in a nice house in a nice neighborhood. Taxes don't scare me. I want a better life for you, me, my kids, your kids, and especially the little kids in the shitty schools and neighborhoods a few mikes from me. Tax our corporations, mega wealthy, and get money out of politics. Tax me too. Cheaper than the thousands we give to charity to do what we could be preventing and doing more efficiently. I can do math. It's my job. It makes sense. |
Great. Tell me exactly how all of this plans will be implemented. The logistics. I haven't seen that yet, and I am very interested. |
It's easier to implement Clintons plan because it's essentially already in place. You think this works for America, then you are good to go.
HRC is trying to sow seeds of fear by saying BS will leave the us in disarray by trying something new (nevermind that it has been tested and well implemented elsewhere). This is nonsense. And she should be ashamed. |
HRC's message is simple -- and true:
Nominate Bernie and the GOP wins, putting one of those psycho clowns in the White House. Bernie has great ideas, but they will never fly and they scare the shit out of anyone who makes more than minimum wage. He simply can't be elected. Vote Hillary. |
Me, too. We make $240,000 and I'm sure our taxes will go up. OK. First, it's the right thing to do. Second, when quality of life goes up for lower income and lower-middle class people, "everyone" benefits. Less crime. Less health care costs. Less time missed from work. Healthier, happier people. It won't be nirvana, but it will be much better. |
The average American adult doesn't have a well paying job. Unless you consider a median US HHI of $52,000 well paying. Which in a two income family is about 25k job for each spouse. |
Agree, very disengenuous and theway she raises her voice at the end of a sentence as if anticipating an applause. |
Absolutely, I agree. It's so easy for Bernie to say these things, but, there is absolutely no way he can get ANY of it done. Even HRC will have a hard time getting things accomplished bc Congress is so vitriolic. Somehow Bernie, a "socialist" will be able to pass his legislation? The idea is ridiculous. Anyhow, he is get creamed in a general election if he does become the nominee. I am surprised how many supporters he has on DCUM. |
Both this and the Republican debates are like SNL.skits. |
The latest polls are suggesting the precise opposite. Sanders may be more electable than Clinton in the general (and he's going up, while she's trending down) |
In a similar situation and completely agree with these statements. |
You all are missing out the point. Raising the minimum wage will do nothing to account for what is the root cause of poverty: discrimination. |
Great. I am still waiting for someone to explain to me exactly how Bernie's plans will be implemented and funded. I can't seem to find that info. |
Powerball |
Have you looked at what he has accomplished during his tenure on the Senate floor? The dude freaking walks around the floor with an old sandwich in one pocket and a banana hanging out of the other!!! FOr Christ sake, I wish Liberals actually LOOKED at their candidate with an open mind, Did some research instead of absorbing what the liberal media spoon feeds your lemming mind! |
