Bad Breath Etiquette

Bring a bottle of perfume and tell her she needs to spray it in her mouth stat.

Just joking.

If she doesn't get your hint after offering her mints and gum, then she not only has bad breath but she is a moron on top of that.

Anytime someone offers me a mint or gum, my first inclination is that my breath smells bad. Duh.

Yes in fact I immediately become paranoid that I have bad breath or something in my teeth.

Not always. It might be medical.

I feel like OP came here for wild theories, and possibly, perpetuating gossip.

OP, offer her gum, is it such a BFD? Are you attached to her or something?

Not always. If I'm having a piece for myself I offer to be polite not because the other person has breath issues. Should I stop offering? Am I always unknowingly making the insinuation?

How is this possible on an anonymous forum?

Is there a facepalm emoticon?

Telling a family member or close friend is different than telling an acquaintance. I think I would leave it alone and avoid her. She has to know.
