Why do you "slut shame?"

#2. If people are taking risky behavior (not using protection for both STDs and pregnancy), that gets some judgment from me.

#3. If there are kids in the mix and they see the revolving door of boyfriends/casual dates, I judge big time. Do what you want on weekends you don't have kids, but keep the kids out of it. And frankly, a lot of women bury their head in the sand - you think your 12 year old daughter doesn't see you spending 2 hours a night on Tinder? You think your son doesn't see what's going on when you drop him at Grandma's every Friday night? When people put their booty calls ahead of their children, I am VERY judgmental.

So basically, be safe, don't expose your kids to it, and don't complain about the consequences - and I've got no problem with it.

You sure have a lot of rules for other people's sexual relationships.

Those consequences primarily being that religious assholes will shame them.

Nope. Pregnancy,STD's, emotional baggage, being used for only sex etc.

I slut shame women who are sexier than I am.

I was just slut shamed on Facebook by someone I barely know. I only met the guy once or twice in a group setting many years ago and didn't speak more than a few sentences to him. The guy is friends with the person with whom I had a brief fling - not serious and I am on good terms with the old flame. Both men are Italian, and unfortunately chauvinism is alive and well there, particularly in the older generations (Gen X and older). Many men there don't view women as people but as objects of pleasure and see no issue in sleeping with as many women as possible. Unfortunately, if you actually do sleep with one of them, you will likely be seen as "easy" and labeled a slut immediately among their male friends, especially if you're a foreigner. Major Madonna-whore complex going on. Yes, it's a double standard. Beautiful country but still some ways to go in its treatment of women.

It's not your life and the consequences are not yours to deal with, so MYOB. Nobody cares what you think.

Ah, sex-specific concern trolling.

Which explains nothing about why boys don't face anything nearly like the same social opprobrium for having sex. They can get STDS, emotionally attached, be used for sex, and - if they get someone pregnant - be responsible for the child. So, given the difference between how males are treated versus females - while those concerns may be your actual reasons - they are bullshit pretexts if they are being offered as reasons why slut-shaming is a thing society-wide.

Wake up. There is a lot of male slut shaming going on now, too. Men don't get the pass they once did for being "players."

Right, cause we all know as soon as you have sex those things all immediately happen, right? No one pays attention to over exaggeration. Especially not teenagers.

Right. Male sexuality is treated more or less the same these days as female sexuality these days.

Finally some one honest!

Because she gets turned on when I tell her how dirty she is?

I don't care about people's sex lives. I care about honesty. You just want sex? Be honest about it. You want a relationship but not forever? Be honest about it. You want someone for life? Be honest about it. Also be ready to accept the consequences of your actions. And don't go around claiming your way of life is the only right way of life for everyone else. That's all.
