Reasonable - Go! I wish I had done that when my kids were little. I loved being a mommy but a break like that would have been both nice and well deserved.

I finally did this a week ago. Visited my family in another state and stayed in a hotel by myself instead of schlepping the kids and hubby with me. It was absolutely wonderful!!! Took only an hour to pack. Slept in and then had breakfast overlooking the water. Went shopping, swimming, and did whatever whenever I wanted. Even watched movies in my room that *I* wanted to watch from the very comfortable bed. I had all the hangers to myself and could hang my swimsuit and lingerie in the bathroom without someone commenting. Highly recommend!
