We moved because I always had a feeling that if she so much as heard playing in my home or on my property she would make a bs cps claim and destroy my family. When we had our second baby we moved to another neighbourhood. Get out and get away. It gets better when you don't have to hide from your neighbour.

Op here. I will have to ask the crazy neighbor her profession No, my friend is extremely diligent, and pays attention more than most parents, without helicoptering. There is no way my friend could ever be mistaken for "negligent" anything. She really has a nice balance going - I know many of you do not want to hear that. Perhaps you know the neighbor (intimately).

But seriously, my friend is the best mom I know! What happens if this crazy decides to call CPS (per PP)? It's no matter to me, because my friend is a lawyer, so if she does not come at the woman full force (and probably force the crazy out of the neighborhood herself); I am certain she knows who can. So, it is a rhetorical question.

I know it is hard for you to believe, but some really nice people are targets for nasty people. Then again, maybe it's not so hard for some of you to believe.

My friend can handle herself. She can be as nasty as she is nice - her gift - a force to be reckoned with. I am not worried about her. I just did not know if this was some sort of "geographically acceptable" past time. - trying to attack children playing outside???? I am somehow very certain that the authorities have seen this kind of neighbor once or twice or more times in the past, and more than know what to do about them. I have a feeling this neighbor is about to create a whole lot of trouble for herself. Get the popcorn.

No PP, she does not have dogs.

OP, you sound nuts. Re-read your own post and please try to disengage from this situation with your "friend" and her allegedly crotchety old neighbor. I agree with some of the PPs that your style of writing sounds oddly familiar from other nutty DCUM posts. You obviously need an outlet of some sort; perhaps go to the movies rather than trying to create drama for your "friend" or whatever it is you are trying to accomplish with these posts.

- ask a few of the young moms to gather late-night at another young mom's house and prank call her! Do *67 first.

- put some dog poop in a paper bag, place bag on offending neighbor's porch, light bag afire, ring bell/hide in bushes

- t.p. her house and car

- place a classified ad for free puppies and use her phone number

What do you mean when you say this neighbor is trying to get the young moms in trouble? Trouble with who?

What is this neighbor doing, exactly?
