I am trying to raise my son to be a gentleman and I would die if he treated any neighbor this way - especially a woman. Regardless of how he feels, the gentlemanly thing to do would to have to the jerky journalist to back off or leave her be. Not cool. I would feel this way regardless of which political party she was in.

It's not his cross to bear. She can call 911

On the video, she clearly asks the neighbor to call the police. One presumes she did not have her cell phone at the time.

If I had two men following me on a street with no one else in sight, and they were obviously angry at me, I would be afraid.

Of course not, it had been destroyed.

Its the Press's duty to be adversarial with public servants. The press engages in this behavior all the time. Why are the people here so upset when someone actually holds Lois Lerner of all people accountable.

What did the jerky journalist do to hurt her other than ask questions? I don't like his methodology, but he was not hurting her.

Maybe her feelings were hurt?

So what?

So you believe harassment is OK, you just don't like it when it affects you.

Did he physically stop her? Did he assault her? What did he do besides ask her questions? She could have kept walking and gone home.

All the groups she supposedly persecuted could have filed as 527s and been approved for tax exempt status, no problem.

Here is someone asking questions at a Rand Paul debate, and she got stomped on. DCUM conservatives defended this:

These were the groups harassed, their applications were purposely targeted for audits, delays and abusive requests not made to other groups.

They are political groups that have candidates for political office who run under their "tea party" banner. They should be audited. They should be asked questions.

Then why didn't they just deny them?
