No. I'm saying that based on every measurement device out there right now; MSA, IQ tests, SAT, ACT, NAEP, PISA etc, blacks and Hispanics as a group are less intelligent than whites and Asians. These disparities exist even when controlling for SES. Why this is, and whether this will continue into the future is an immensely contentious subject as you would suspect, but if you were to look right now then the answer is clear. Of course, using these same tests, whites are slightly less intelligent than east-Asians as well.

I'm aware that "Hispanic" isn't a race; can you please find someplace where I said that? Let's be honest though; Hispanics in the US are primarily Amerindian with some European background.

Like I said though, this will probably be settled by science in the near future. I would be thrilled if genetic research finds no differences; it would make me a lot more sanguine about the long term prospects of the country with the current immigration patterns.
