More flights coming to DCA. The runway at DCA is officially the busiest runway in the US. One flight every minute. There will be more late night and early morning flights and bigger and noisier airplanes.

| Don’t buy there to live. |
| It would be great if the incessant "airplane noise" poster upped the dosage on their medication. It isn't a noise issue; it is a mental health issue. |
Medication they started after moving to foxhall. |
I’m assuming you are referring to me because I have posted before and genuinely cannot imagine why anyone would buy in your neighborhood at the current premium prices. Guess what: NONE of these posts above are mine! Most people have eyes and ears, and increasingly brains. Ad hominem attacks don’t displace the need to discount the property under the flight path at 30%-50% to the rest of the comparable WOTP. But that’s not happening and you keep gaslighting the buyers so people will keep posting about it. Tide will turn you’ll see. |
| The noise is horrible and anyone gaslighting otherwise is either partially deaf, an idiot, a realtor, or a palisades resident that is triggered that they bought a garbage property. |
| “Mental patient” here. I’m not this PP either. But I agree |
Finally someone told it like it is |
| Wow this went quiet fast, unlike the Palisades 😂 |

Zoom in on dc. |
| The point being? It’s concentrated only by the river. |
| So most DC totally fine including WOTP but the Palisades, Foxhall, Kent awful |
I don't see why you think the senate committee approving this means that the bill is going to pass. Do you need to go back to elementary school to remember how bills work again? |
Wesley Heights? |
