So take your civil engineering degree and your studies in highway design to the City Council and tell them that a speed limit of 40 mph is completely inappropriate, because [highway design civil engineering reasons], and they should raise the speed limit.

But in the meantime, speeding doesn't mean "going faster than you think a car should go on that particular stretch of roadway". Speeding means "going faster than the speed limit".

Well, it seems to be a stupid tax, only paid by people who speed. What other traffic regs do you not like, stop signs, school zones, or stopping for school bus?

Are you always an @sshole, or just on DCUM? Do you actually drive in DC? You'll get yours, just wait.

Have we heard from people who got speed camera tickets in DC who weren't speeding? So far we've only heard from people who got speed camera tickets in DC who were speeding.
