A true psychopath would lie on all the questions and get a really low score. You really low score people are the most suspect of them all.

You might be on the autism spectrum - a lot of folks with Aspie's or other forms of autism are lower on the "empathy" scale than others. You might also just not be a very sensitive or perceptive person when it comes to other people. Or you might be self-absorbed.

Sociopathy is the extreme end of a continuum.

OP here,

I work with people because I care about others (really I do!). But at times I find myself thinking "I have no sympathy for you...".
