Sociopaths would kill out of necessity and not for pleasure or to do weird things with the body.

Out of necessity? Perhaps. But the lack of empathy would cause the psychopath to have a really different standard of 'necessary' than most of us I would think.

OP, lying or doing things out of expediency does not make you a sociopath. Everyone lies. Every does what they can to get out of certain objectionable situations. That's human nature.

Sociopaths, on the other hand, enjoy others pain. They enjoy manipulation. They are cruel. They enjoy the suffering of others. They honestly do not understand what it means to feel emotional pain.

The body disposal mentioned in red is way too much work. I'd either go with acid or burning (after teeth removal). I need the body completely destroyed, not just buried/hidden.
