But wait he is only 19 so that means his brain is only partially developed and he can't really be expected to make good decisions yet. So he really can't be held responsible for his brain not yet being an adult brain.

Typical deadbeat dad that magically reappears hoping to ride the gravy train when their kid becomes rich and famous. At least other celebs like Shaq weren't fooled and stayed away.

He has always been in contact with his dad. His dad had him at 17 and never really grew up himself either by all appearances, but he wasn't a deadbeat. Justin has always known him. Justin's dad and mom actually got along pretty well while Justin was growing up. He was discovered at 12 so he has been famous for years now. Lots of pics with his younger half brother and half sister with his dad - he seems pretty close to them.
A hope this is a wake up call. Not sure it will be - he is still too entitled, arrogant and immature.

It would be barbaric to consider deporting people for DUI as has been alleged ( not proven here).

Besides, the president's uncle also had a DUI but isn't going anywhere as are tens of thousands of other immigrants who are otherwise law abiding folks contributing to the US economy. Justin has contributed far more than his fair share artistically and economically. Some of you are just so full of rage; you should seek help.
