he shouldn't drive if buzzed, but the police departments in Florida are sleazy. Even a scandalmonger like TMZ says the facts are different from the police report. Bieber will have the lawyers to get him out of this mess, but what about the hundreds of motorists targeted unfairly by these cops?

The GPS's show he was going belwo 40mph and was going 27 mph at the time the police said he was doing 55-60. He actually blew a BAC of .014.

He wasn't drunk, he wasn't drag racing. I have no idea if he had marijuana or pills in his system or if he did, how much. I think he is a punk kid who needs a good kick of maturity but making up stuff to make the situation or Justin look bad is incredibly immature...and illegal.
