I agree with you PP. Our society is set up for failure. Processed foods and restaurants, which make up a large portion of our society's diets, are horrible for nutrition and calories. We work and that limits our time to work out. You have to be pretty dedicated to get up early, no matter what, and workout before going to work to sit on your ass in a cubical.

Read Whats Wrong with Fat. It's an iconoclastic look at commonly held beliefs, including medical views, and generalizalizations and prejudices that fly in the face of facts when examined more closely.
