| I have one inside the beltway, and actually use it as a garage. It's awesome with young kids - no standing outside in gross weather trying to buckle them into car seats! |

They need garages to hide in when the dragons attack. Or whatever happens outside the Beltway. Maybe it's nematodes. Whatever. |

After doing the no garage, tiny TH in an outside the beltway burb for 5 years with a kid, I was ready for a garage. Of course, for the first year, we used it as a storage area, but luckily we got close to zero snow last year. Still way outside the beltway (never seen any dragons, although that would be awesome!), but happily living with my 2 cars in my 2 car garage, with no basement but a fairly large attic above the garage and a shed in the backyard close to our swingset/play structure.
