I absolutely hate this guy! Who has a screened in porch as a deal breaker?! Put one in if you can get of the couch for a minute!
And hello, if you are starting a family why do you need to be so close toArlington hang outs ? And I love at the end when he says the house was $600, 000 and we paid $600, 000 cause you have to act fast... he's the worst. |
I was thinking the same thing- build your own screened porch |

You do all realize that nothing about this show is real, correct?
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/13/house-hunters-fake-hgtv_n_1592900.html Then again, all reality TV is real, right? |
This is spot on - I get casting calls for shows like this all the time. They basically have the property bought, and need other subject properties that have owners willing to let them be filmed with the hope of added exposure. |
| At best, it's amateur acting. Would you really want to watch a show about normal, amicable, modest, boring couples compared to people over the top? It's no secret as to why reality TV has survived since Survivor in the early 2000s. People believe what they want to believe. Kudos to HGTV as they've done an incredible job getting so many of you worked up over a prefabricated scenario. |
| I've never heard such disparaging comments about someone y'all don't even know. Y'all are totally living up to the stereotype of snooty NoVa bitches. Congrats. |

That guy was totally annoying. DH and I felt sorry for his wife.
|
| Anyone watching now??? $250k budget in DC?? |
| She is annoying and a little snappy with her husband. |
| They had to have been looking on the other side of the Anacostia. They seemed more concerned about minor cosmetic details of the house, then the quality if the neighborhood they were looking at. |
