If you own a Le Creuset pan of any kind, which color did you get?

I have the Sand, which is the most boring color, but I knew I was far from my "forever" home (still a renter, 3 places later) and have trouble with commitment. I still love it though. I have a three quart dutch oven which just the right size for a family of four and it gets a lot of use. I also have a braiser, same size, that replaced my beloved cast iron when we moved into a place with ceramic burners.

I left one of my saucepans on the stove a little too long and it bubbles a bit on the bottom from the heat, is it still safe to use?

Flame. Not picked out by me but I love it. It adds such pop to the room! They do have so many nice colors -- good luck choosing! What color is your kitchen, OP?

A little off topic, but how do you store these heavy pans? I keep all my pans on a hanging pot rack, and I can't imagine hanging one of these weighty monsters, but I want one!

I keep the Dutch Oven on the stove because I like the pop of color. The rest I just put in the cabinet like all the rest.

I have cobalt blue which I love. When my brother got married I got him the bright red because red has always been his favorite color. All the colors are really great though, you can't go wrong.

Keep checking. They get them a lot!

We have a dutch oven and a large sauce pan in flame. We also have All Clad, which we like and constantly use. Not sure why pp dislikes All Clad. (Although DH does 99% of the cooking. He likes both)

We got a red dutch oven from Marshall's. If you look fairly regularly you'll find them there.

I don't dislike All-Clad. I think it's very good but if you compare it directly to well-seasoned cast iron, you find that you need a lot more oil and that it doesn't distribute heat as evenly or hold heat as effectively. I also think Le Creuset is better for a lot of things and All-Clad is VERY expensive. I could do without my All-Clad but I wouldn't want to do without the other two.

Red - I love that pot.

Each pot is a different size and color. Same with the pans.
When I get to the point that I have two in the same size, they will be the same color. We have black, white, blue & purple.
