I think it's very good but if you compare it directly to well-seasoned cast iron, you find that you need a lot more oil and that it doesn't distribute heat as evenly or hold heat as effectively. I also think Le Creuset is better for a lot of things and All-Clad is VERY expensive. I could do without my All-Clad but I wouldn't want to do without the other two.[/quote]
