Iq tests are just that, tests. Not a life sentence. I did one when I was young and did not know american english, another one when I was sick and should have been at home instead of school. And one when we lived abroad and my language skills were not the same as my peers.
Over time these tests have been constantly changed and broadened. I place no value on them, and have not met any educators who value these either. The latest news on bbc was that iq can change over time, in teenage years. That means, it is not the intellligence test that the name implies |
