That's Panty sniffer. He believes that physical appearance shows that God favors you and that this also means you have other qualities like intelligence or reason. He is impervious to evidence to the contrary (Palin for example). Conversely he believes that liberals must be ugly because of their politics. This will almost certainly cause him to post unflattering pictures of politicians in response. It's all part of a hygiene obsession.

So he turned 30 by the time he was sworn in, right? So what's your point?

Yep, he was legit well before swear-in time. My point, although it probably does not deserve such a serious sounding description, was to use a minor bit of trivia as an excuse for another riff on the "literally" chain. Perhaps I should have added a smiley to make my intent clearer.
