| law school grading is also so political. so much of the grades is based on class participation and subjective essays. But that said, law review is nothing to sneeze at. |

| We all know why Barack Obama refuses to release his transcripts. His grades were nothing special. I belive he was helped greatly by affirmative action. That's not a bad thing per se especially during those years but man would the bloom really be off the rose if we saw his Cs and Ds. |

Rick Perry has entered the race because he sees Obama as weak. So, he is a product of Obama's ineffectiveness and unpopularity. Obama has capitulated to the right so often he no longer means much to those who voted for him, myself included. I'd never vote for Perry, a.k.a. Bush III, but I'd prefer an alternative to Obama, who has been a huge disappointment to me.
It scares me that Perry has entered the race. His "people" are sharp, and they know how to exploit an opportunity, which Obama has given them. Obama's people are sharp too, but they can't do much for a candidate who has retreated so far from his base, and who puts compromise and capitulation before standing for something, and standing up to his political adversaries. |

| I think he is running for president so he can let Texas leave the union. He will get elected, then let Texas leave the USA, resign and take his rightful place at the right hand of Bush. We really have to watch who the vice presidential pick is! |
