Will Springfield ever gentrify? Or permanent Bootyhole status?

| We just bought in Springfield! I’m excited to live in the bootyhole. I grew up in the Midwest, and none of the nova suburbs are attractive to me. I guesss FCC and TOV have “walkable areas,” but the trade offs are bad. What I don’t understand is why nova is built like this, all strip malls and such, whereas in the Midwest most suburbs have a Main Street and little downtown. |

Eh. The bad part of Springfield is I95 running down the middle. That makes the roads a bit of mess on both sides. |
