| Our school starts discussing ‘bathing suit areas’ and empowering kids to have healthy boundaries around them at kindergarten. I think you should have been reinforcing this idea with her at that age otherwise she may recognize/ guard against grooming behavior. To say she understands public vs family is small comfort as most sex abuse occurs in extended family settings. |

| Please talk to the family and have all the children in bathing suits. Not doing so sets in unsafe boundaries and ideas for these kids. |
