| “Civilization” as defined “the culture characteristic of a particular time or place” refers to the Iranian regime. Trump wants no harm to come to the Iranian people. He has said this more times than I can count. The only people who wish to harm the Iranian people are the leadership in Iran who have already slaughtered tens of thousands, who are recruiting 12 year olds into the military and who are instructing women and children to serve as human shields to power plants and bridges which is an ACTUAL war crime. |
