In other countries, electricity is minuscule, it cost no more than $10/month. Places like Asia, South Africa, Middle East.

I dont know why Americans think they are getting a better product when spending cost more $$$$.

You are assuming there aren't poor boomers? Are you assuming that everyone in Wards 2 and 3, is rich living off their dividends? What about the rest of DC ?
