The bolded is simply a lie. Biden followed international law in provided a mechanism for asylum for those who sought it and qualified. Not everyone qualified. And still others have or had, to wait for a hearing, and from there some qualified and others didn't. But there was never a time that there was no border patrol, no enforcement of people trying to literally run across the border etc. If you didn't like the asylum laws, then change them, but Biden did not act outside or above the law with his policies.
