The three ppl I saw who were arrested for this were in their 20s. And two were from PA. Not children. I’m all on board to shut these things down. Ridiculous behavior.

I know a guy in his 50s who does these. He’s a doctor with a serious midlife crisis issue. So he’s bought all these cars and hangs out with these kids thinking it makes him look cool.

You should have said their parents don't have time for them. Also, they are not too young to know right from wrong and that they're breaking laws and could cause physical harm to others. Quit excusing wrong behavior. We are not helping these kids with excuses and no consequences.

'Kids" born later than 1990 have not been excluded.
