Lawbreaking teens were definitely arrested where I grew up. Maybe Detroit didn't care. Not surprising.

I have no family members or friends in law enforcement so I don't know what the procedures are. And it's frustrating watching the video of the cop car essentially driving around doing nothing.

I don't think its nuisance behavior to attack a police car climb on it and break out the windows with the officer inside - and I am a huge liberal btw. that is a sign of people who have gone way beyond doing donuts

Thugs. I thought the common consensus what that we shot thugs in the back for being thuggish, especially when they don't just do what the police ask them to do. What is going on here?
