You need to get over yourself. Everyone is younger in their head.

Also, these are the guys OP is matching with. Which means there are guys in their 40s who are everything that OP wants but THEY aren't attracted to her. I think it's pretty common for women to look younger than they are, but it seems OP may have an over inflated idea of what kind of man she attracts.

One of my recent boyfriends is gray, going bald and has a total dad bod. That last thing isn't my thing, but nobody's perfect. Most of us get less attractive as we age, and that's ok. On the bright side, he always smelled good. He had a beard balm that smelled amazing. Guys, take care of yourselves - even if you're just average, you can still put the best version of yourself out there.

I can look past some of the superficial stuff like bald, grey hair or wrinkles, but no fat guys, no grandpas and no men who just act old because they and all their friends are getting old. It’s just a bad vibe.
