I would be shocked if a young adult with no criminal record, who has a simple reckless driving charge, where no one was injured, ends up going to jail. Especially if he has voluntarily sold his vehicle. Is there more to this story?

This has happened before in Virginia, they’re really strict about this stuff which is why you all are always going 53 in the left lane.
