Once people realize what a bargain it is — the best school in the country, underrated at 6th — everyone will start applying ED. And then it would get far too selective. It’s a hidden gem.

Not sure if folks realize, but there is Times ranking (full name Times Higher Education World University Rankings a.k.a. THE) and then there is Time ranking without the 's' (inaugural ranking published by Time Magazine this year). There are NOT the same.

This is true. But Chicago is top 10 in the US in both rankings.
