And that's the fault of VA HS soccer being misaligned. Lots of closer competition in MD/Philly |
| It’s good to point out facts that people may want to consider while planning ahead. |
Right, it is “travel” soccer - you do have to travel. |

Right, it is “travel” soccer - you do have to travel. It should be noted to that if your team is above average, than you will likely be disappointed in the level of play by most of the teams in North Carolina. In which case, choosing a different league that travels to places not as far to play better competition would be a more preferable option for most. |
| OP here. Thank you Arlington for sending the coaching slate! |

Oh please- there are a total of 2-3 trips to North Carolina across the whole year with two games each weekend. One is in Raleigh which is like driving to New Jersey. All the rest of the games are in Virginia. It’s literally no big deal. |
Actually no it is not. Your driving to NC for 1 game at a time 4-6 hours each way. Driving to VA Bch 2+ hours each way, then RichmondIt is a lot for just one game on one day. They need to combine conferences. At least in GA, they go to play multiple games. |

Every club in the dmv has a hate post like this on dcum
Just a psa |
Clearly your kid isn’t in ECNL Mid-Atlantic. NC trips are combined weekends except maybe once cause there are now only 5 NC ECNL teams. |
True. I just saw the Bethesda one and the VDA one |
| Look. If the 2011G have a problem with him, they can raise that to the Club and the Club will accommodate. Their Club changed coaches for their team last year after the coach had an issue of concern. No coach is worth that Club’s only mentionable Girls Team. Forum chatter is just that. |
