Have they ever officially announced as of late? I don't recall if they officially announced last year, they post so much I don't feel like confirming if my thoughts are true either
They havent announced yet[/quote

They always announce late or don’t announce at all. Doesn’t seem to hurt them either.

I suppose. There usually aren’t a lot of changes YoY. So the other side of the coin is why not announce it if you know already. What is the upside for dragging it out?

Exactly, so why not just solidify it to remove any speculation, etc. Just seems like an unnecessary open item.

This is a business issue for the clubs, plain and simple. Your humorous babble about the possible whereabouts of a fictional coach couldn’t be less relevant.

If your kid matters to the club you would a. Already been told who the coach is on the low; or b. It doesn't mattter cause your kid is a baller and who your club coach is, should be irrelevant! If you can't answer one these affirmatively, then have a seat, take you panties out of your butt, and relax its the first week of Feb.

Considering all the incompetent, drunk, mentally ill, looking-for-bribes, and unqualified coaches we have in the DC area, this is patently untrue. The coach is the *most important* factor in the decision. Way more important that the badge.

+1

Unserious comment by PP. Who your DC's coach is one of the most important factors.

Coaches are important once they are your. You will never know your how a coach will benefit or detract from your player until you have them in most situations. There may be a few that have glaring issues that need to be avoided but most coaches are an unknown until they coach your kid directly despite all the positive or negative comments you have heard about them. The exceptions are at the recruiting ages where coaches personal connections matter but until that stage it is really a crap shoot and your mileage will vary

Dear mental midget,

I'm asking because I'm the one with options. You are the one that hasn't a clue what the hell you are talking about. So you, not me, should kindly take a digital seat and stop offering self serving assumptions to make your silly argument work against a ghost you'll never meet or know. If you don't care, then kindly shut the hell up. Thanks though.

My daughters ECNL team has had three coaches already this year, so ... I am dubious about coaching slates in general

Last year Arlington announced at the end of February. The difference this year is the age change and, in some cases, earlier ID sessions.
