I HATE my thinning hair

I’ve been looking at toppers blunt, but would rather see/try them in person. Where do you find them?

I would ask the reputable salons and hairdressers in your area.

You can use the mousse in the morning and before bed. Put about a tablespoon on a small dish. Apply it directly to the scalp with a makeup brush. It dissolves on contact. I put it on after blow drying my hair in the morning.

Make sure you get the 5%, even if it says it’s for men. As for the cat issue, make sure you wash your hands and keep it away from them.

The women in my family are prone to hair thinning. I’ve been taking Viviscal and vital proteins collagen powder religiously for like the last 4-5 years. My hair is looking much better than both of my sisters’ thinning hair.

I am oral minoxidil and have been since 2023 and I don't have more facial hair (eyebrows might be thicker). I think it may be because I am also on the estrogen patch.

My hair isn't back to what it was in my youth but it is way fuller- ponytail is thicker, and the thin patches I had at the hairline are totally filled in now.

It is more affordable than topical rogaine or nutrafol.

I’ve had good results with topical minoxidil foam (men’s) once a day. I only do it at night although my derm recommended twice a day because I don’t want my hair to look or feel weird in the AM.
