Talking about a single property for sale and simply singing its praises is obviously sales tactics.

Most people post either concern about a place they are buying and want discussion; if they loved it like Op says they would buy it and not risk other offers. There does not exist a neighbor who would not invoke some snark about the property — unless they want the house to sell because they want a comp when they are selling their house soon. So again, a self interested salesman.

It has a huge backyard and basement that could be finished easily. Super affordable family house, at least as compared to new builds. Zoned for Glebe, Hamm and WL.

I’m not an agent and I’m not OP. I’ve seen you blow up other threads on this forum with your “it’s an agent!” hysterics and it’s sad and detracts from the conversation. You clearly are struggling with autism (likely undiagnosed) and your behavior isn’t normal or healthy.
