Which one is young and stupid? |
Every straight white and black man voted for him but few will admit it. And young men were all in but never would tell their GF |
This. You should never expect a colleague to discuss politics |
Op. Are you LGBTQ and have a rainbow background you put up in meetings and a quote from the S Ct decision in Obergrfell, and also work for a known left leaning organization? Most of you are purposely ignoring the context I’ve provided. So annoying. |
What if you work for an org that is ensnared in it? |
Op here. I think he’s probably so overwhelmed that he just puts his head in the sand. |
| It takes a lot of time and mental energy to keep up with the news. Time that is better spent on work and family. |
Op. Yea, as I said it’s an observation. But as our team leader I am disappointed there’s not more engagement from him. Trump has brought these issues straight into our workplace unfortunately |
How young are you? Is this your first job? A boss discussing politics at work, especially with junior employees like yourself, is a terrible, terrible idea for reasons too many to count. Quit pushing politics at work. Save it for your friend group. |
| OP can't really be this obtuse, right? |
Not junior and if you can’t even bother to follow the context, move on. |
Every post you write makes you sound younger and less experienced. |
