Dress code enforcement?

I am pretty confident when I was in HS in the 90s no one wore knee length shorts and was fully covered up. The only knee length short I remember were my mom’s 80s coulottes and no one under 40 was wearing those. And considering the amount of flannel we wore on top, why are you complaining when kids wear flannel bottoms?

DP, but it's been studied that minority females are often held to stricter standards on things like shorts and skirt lengths than white ones.
