And Ted is up in arms because California may redistrict too. |
They are used to being able to gerrymander without any democratic response. Democrats have for so long been taking the high road, and it’s cost them dearly. |
Well, since we all agree this is a game, I suggest that everyone get ready to play |
Bring it |
They had better or we'll find someone who will. The GOP no longer believes in the Constitution. I think everything is allowed now. Thanks Donny! |
You confused yourself.....it's the R's always playing games and for a bonus they are covering for rapists and pedophiles |
+1 They have gotten used to the government doing not for them. They are perfect GOP |
|
I don't like gerrymandering, but liberals have slowed down Trump's agenda with illegal orders from left-wing judges.
Both NYT and Washington Post have editorials recently complaining about this. NYT has a Harvard Law professor stating judges are the ones defying court orders, while WP complains about a judge ruling against Congress's defunding Planned Parenthood. |
| This is just another reason this country needs to break up. |
|
It looks like it’s just not Texas. Ohio(+3-4 republican congressman) , Florida(+6), Missouri(+2), etc are all going to do the same thing.
The Dems will not do the same. There is no way Dems take back the house ever. |
Many countries don't do the same. For example, Justin Trudeau's party won fewer votes than the Conservatives, but Trudeau ended up as prime minister with a larger majority. In Britain, Conservatives were absolutely destroyed despite Labour having its worst showing ever by popular vote. |
And why does your crystal ball think this. I disagree. Looking forward to it. |
What? Citation please. |
a parlimentary system is different than the US system. You create party coalitions. |
|
California is pledging to turn 9 GOP seats into dem +10 districts.
If NY does the same, the GOP will be hard pressed to keep the House, even with all the "cheating" Funny, you think they could run on their strong record to remain in power. |
