Is there a way I can tell my friend she needs new bras?

Funny, I was mortified none of my friends told me I was gaining weight and my appearance was on the fritz. God bless my gay best friend who looked at me one day and said “you’ve put on some weight”. 6 months later, I’m 30 pounds down and no longer stuffing myself into my clothes.

If you said anything like this to me it’s quite possible you wouldn’t be my friend afterwards. Don’t say anything.
