Is there a way I can tell my friend she needs new bras?

We have been friends for 15 years. Maybe a little more. Anyway, I never noticed in person, but today she sent me a selfie of her with a mutual friend who she ran into, and her boobs were somehow so prominent in this picture - they hang past her elbow and need to get hauled up to chest level. She is in her early/mid 50's and starting to date after being single for several years (divorce), so it may help her with guys. I know this is a delicate issue.

Point her to a bra that fits. She just needs to get a measuring tape and measure her across the bust and under the bust to get her measurement for her bra. It's really annoying now how all these celebrities with big breasts all say they have a c or a d when you know it's more likely a g or an h

My sil did that to me the very first time I met her. She said "oh are you comfortable with your breasts like that? When I go out, I like them to be perky". I was like I'm an f - wtf?! That said I had lost 50+ lbs and my bras were stretched out. Don't do what my sil did, although I did need to hear the message. They are still close to my elbows though. Can't get rid of all the volume...

Gravity takes a toll OP. It is what it is and I don't really feel like strapping myself into a bra straight jacket for every day life.

I need new bras but am rather large and ones that fit are $90. I’m in the middle of a divorce and while I could spend that $90 on myself, it feels wiser to save it for DC or stash it away for a future place to live. If a friend suggested I need anything new at this point, I would probably cry.

If she’s just starting to date again, tell her you want to take her to Trousseau for an upgraded set of undergarments. Those ladies will fit her well and get her taken care of.

Get her a gift certificate— for enough to buy a great bra, and go shopping with her, so that you’re at least planning to buy something for yourself too. I like Chantelle. Price Elomi and Freda too. Whatever she gets should feel comfortable.

As long as you pay for it as a gift to your friend. Someone getting a divorce probably doesn't have extra money.

Yeah, I guess... she basically told me my bras were good for the house but i needed new push up ones to go out in. I was definitely put off. It was the fourth day I met her on an away trip. I'm sure she was waiting from day one to say something.
