DD is listening to some VERY inappropriate music

Except then we stopped at a light and the chatter stopped so it was silent just in time for the chorus. Whoops.

Oof. Thankfully, there was no risk of that when I was listening to NIN on cassette tapes when I was a teenager.

That's the answer. Start blaring it and talking about how you love sucking DH's Johnson. There is no better remedy than embracing it whole heartedly.

Who says OP has a husband? Maybe OP is a single mother or a straight father or a lesbian mother or a single father. One mum and one dad isn't always the rule!

CupcakKe does not support misogyny, and her songs make this very clear. She makes music that is feminist and empowers women, and you'd know it if you listened to her instead of guessing based on some pretty messed up assumptions about rap music.

Liar.

Think she big like a whale the other think she too frail
Both gotta understand that they gorgeous as hell"

CupcakKe is well-known as a feminist artist. I hate to say it, but your unconscious bias could be playing a role here

When has Miss CupcakKe sung about murder??

I looked up the lyrics to squidward nose. It’s explicit and kind of gross but not a big deal? I don’t see a lot of harm. Let it go.

How would that make her stop listening?

No teenager wants to listen to the same music as their parents.
When my oldest was in high school and youngest in middle school, we all went to a Kendrick Lamar concert together. My oldest also went tonight a Common show with ex husband when he was in high school. My kids don’t care.

Adults clutching their pearls over teen music - a tale as old as time! I grew up in the Midwest when the big thing was ICP. Still kind of big, honestly. Remember Tipper Gore and her crusade against Twisted Sister and the other hair bands in the 80s? They blamed teen music and video games for Columbine too.

If this is feminism, it has obviously failed.
