it's a shame that the good DEI has been swept away along with all the shady stuff like BLM, etc.

What is the difference between disabilities and people of color in terms of what’s acceptable assistance? Neither group can control their disability/color. Both groups are traditionally discriminated against.

I think you meant "historically" - there's no "tradition" of discriminating based on disability or skin color. Regardless, focusing on merit alone (rather than discriminating to fix historical injustices) should solve for any discrimination going forward.

Please cite the moment that "historical"/"Traditional" discrimination stopped.

Are you claiming systemic discrimination exists? If so, please provide a citation to a law or regulation that does this. If you're claiming some individuals discriminate, I would agree with you. And they are of every race, creed, color, religion, and (dis) ability.

the coffee shop that employs people with disabilities seems like a noble enterprise, but BLM was exposed as a con where the founders made off with millions of dollars - that was my point.

Yeah- good thing that isn’t happening with Trump’s presidency. Nope, no trumpcoins being sold or seats next to the president auctioned off. Nope nothing to see here!

Disabled customers or people are covered by disability laws. Not “DEI.”

Invisible disabilities get trickier but are still not DEI.

The I is for inclusion, and those are programs for the disabled.
